Acting! Singing! Dancing!
Throughout the course, the group will not only learn skills in each genre, but design posters and come up with costumes and props!
Problem solving together and the overall creative process culminates in their ensemble performance for family and friends at the end of the week.
Sue loves sharing in each young thespian’s artistic journey! Whether they’re ready for a solo or prefer singing with the group; want to take on a larger part or a supporting one, Sue will work with each student to find the perfect role.
Family and friends will be invited to the SHOWCASE at 2pm on the final day.

No experience necessary
In the SSI Spring Break filmmaker camp; we will explore the full action-packed experience of movie making from an independent perspective, and will delve into the many aspects of the craft: story development, preproduction, cinematography, sound, acting, editing, etc. Learn to make movies like a pro!
Filmmakers will be split into groups. Each group will develop a short 3-5 minute film and take turns as cast and crew.
Through the full collaborative process of filmmaking, the filmmakers will develop new skills and a greater understanding of how a movie is made.
By the end of the week the filmmakers will have accomplished creating movies together which they can share with friends and family.
